Quilt-Along Start, July 28

I did it! I cut into the fabrics I chose for the quilt along and actually sewed some strips together. I also did other cutting and pressing.

I was all ready to cut those top 3 strips and move into Step 2 when my 9 year old reminded me that I said we could go back to the skate park one more time yesterday.

and off we went!
